Project Manager
Celal Uysal - GLOBALIS CERTIFICATION
Celal Uysal, a lover of the sea with a special interest in blue carbon, places great importance on climate change and leaving behind clean air and a healthy environment for future generations, demonstrating his sensitivity in these areas. He guides businesses in quality management and environmentally friendly practices, offering international consultancy services.
Celal Uysal, who entered the tourism sector as a tour guide in Kuşadası in 1986, held senior management positions both domestically and internationally at leading tour operators in Turkey.
He founded his first company, e-Travel Turkey, in 2008. The company initially operated in areas such as tourism business certificates, tourism investment certificates, tourism incentive certificates, and cultural initiative certificates, achieving a leading position in this sector by 2026. In 2022,
he embraced sustainability and began international sustainability and environment-focused certification activities.
Additionally, as the visionary behind the COP31 Antalya project, they undertook the sponsorship processes, implementation, and management of the event, bringing together various stakeholders.
Levent Köseoğlu - COMMITTED
Commited aims to contribute to reducing the environmental impact of the event through sustainability and carbon offsetting solutions within the scope of COP31.
The platform helps organizations achieve carbon-neutral events and operations while offsetting event-generated emissions through verified carbon projects.
This collaboration aims to support climate action with concrete solutions and raise awareness about sustainable event management.

Believing that the future is upcycled, they are bringing upcycle projects to life with the Upcycle Hero brand and the Loading Bag brand.
Upcycle Hero is an upcycling brand that leads the circular economy by transforming materials considered waste into high-quality design products through data-driven and transparent processes in collaboration with Commited.

COP31 Focus: Climate Justice
Our top priority in the COP31 process, to which Turkey will host, is Climate Justice. For us, the climate crisis is not just a matter of carbon emissions, but also a matter of fairness.
Why this focus? We work to bring the voices of vulnerable groups (youth, women, and disadvantaged communities) who are least responsible for the climate crisis but most affected by it to decision-making bodies.
We aim to ensure that COP31 decisions are fair and inclusive not only technically but also socially. In this process, we are collaborating with Globalis to enable more people to have their voices heard and to be part of the solution.

Beon Projects is a business operating in the fields of website design and software development. It develops modern, user-centric web platforms for brands and produces digital solutions tailored to specific needs.
İnan Güngör, as the founder of Beon Projects, manages digital strategy and UX/UI design processes.
As Beon Projects, within the scope of the COP Antalya project, we are conducting the design processes of the project's website with Globalis Certification, and providing all visual communication and digital experience consultancy. At the same time, we are contributing to the digital infrastructure of the project by undertaking the interface design and user experience studies of the mobile application developed within the project scope.
